Acquired in April 2019, the 24th floor at The Central houses several office units, is centrally located near major expressways, well connected to public transport, with retail outlets and amenities available within the property. This acquisition provides the Group with an opportunity to own a strategically located commercial property and concurrently earn a sustainable and recurring source of rental income to its investment properties portfolio.
